this is the moment where house realized that he was still hallucinating, that everything that happened to him was just a make believe to cope with the shit that's been going on ever since he started seeing, wilson's dead girlfriend, when amber left his mind he honestly believed that it was over and that finally he can let his guard down, but then she came back and house had that stabbing feeling that everything was wrong, and that HE'S WRONG and everybody's right: he's crazy, he might not care what others think but being right is important to him, in this moment everything just crashed, and then he saw kutner and he hadn't really accepted the fact that one of his men committed suicide and he didn't know why, since amber was a bit of his subconciousness... she smiled because house finally realized what was really going on, this is the moment where he knew he had to stop taking vicodin and that he has to get clean, all of their micro-expressions tell alot and all you have to do is look for them, every one of them are great actors especially the combination of dudek and laurie and rsl, Hugh Laurie, Anne Dudek, amber volakis, gregory house, both sides now, lawrence kutner, kal penn,
